Our Story

For over 45 years, we’ve combined personal relationships with professional know-how — helping bring iconic brands like Ritter Sport Chocolate and Yorkshire Tea to shelves across Canada. We’re proud to do business in a way that feels personal, grounded, and built to last.

Terra Foods was founded by two Polish-born immigrants, Wojciech and Regina Latek, who saw an opportunity to bring premium European products to Canadian shelves. What began with a handshake and a few pallets has grown into one of Canada’s most trusted full-service distributors—with the same heart, hustle, and vision that shaped its beginning.
